XPS Structural Insulated Panel is composed of graphite XPS foam core and thermosetting modified insulation board. Meanwhile, on the double sides, there are built-in fiberglass cement protection layer
It can replace the traditional external formwork and cooperate with special anchors. Also it coud be poured together with concrete, so there is no need to remove the formwork or do insulation later.
XPS Structural Insulated Panel’s basic structure is as below:
1. The first layer is 3-5mm built-in special fiberglass mesh.
